This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comments, no file uploads and no advertising. We do not run analytics and we do not track visitors across the web. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through a form.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company, phone number, subject and message. Our careers form asks for your name, email address and your message, together with your confirmation that you accept this policy. We do not accept CVs or any other attachment through this website.
As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and protect the service. We do not use that information to identify you.
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Careers messages are used to assess your interest in joining us. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

This website sets no cookies. Two entries are saved in your browser’s local storage by the page’s own interface scripts; they hold display settings only, they never leave your browser, and they are not used to identify or track you.
We keep enquiry and careers correspondence in our email for as long as it is useful to the conversation and to any work that follows, and we delete it once it no longer serves a purpose. If you would like your message removed sooner, just ask.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@nexusrail.ca and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
